1. Educational Platform Disclaimer
BTC FOMO is an educational application offering market-structure chart scanners, lesson academies, and virtual Replay Practice simulators. We do not execute actual trades, custody money/cryptocurrency, or provide personalized investment/financial advice. All services are strictly for educational and training purposes.
2. Age Eligibility
To access or register an account with BTC FOMO, you must be at least 18 years of age or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration & Subscriptions
Subscription levels (Free, Basic, Pro) grant access to specific educational tiers. Once Stripe is activated, payment processing will be conducted directly by Stripe. For billing questions or issues, contact us at info@btc-fomo.com.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Upon formal corporate finalization, these terms shall be governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
